Ethiopian Securities Exchange Admits Prime Capital S.C. as a New Trading Member

ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia – July 2, 2026 The Ethiopian Securities Exchange (ESX) officially welcomed Prime Capital S.C. as a Trading Member during a certification ceremony held on the Exchange Trading Floor, marking another important step in the continued expansion of Ethiopia’s capital market infrastructure.

The ceremony formally recognized Prime Capital S.C.’s admission to the Exchange following its successful licensing by the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA) and the completion of ESX’s membership admission requirements. During the event, it was presented with its official Trading Member Certificate, signifying its readiness to participate in Ethiopia’s organized securities market. With the admission of Prime Capital S.C., the number of Trading Members on the Ethiopian Securities Exchange has grown to eight, further strengthening the network of licensed intermediaries that connect investors with capital market opportunities.

As a certified Trading Member, Prime Capital S.C. is authorized to execute securities transactions on behalf of clients through the Exchange.
