The Ethiopian Securities Exchange (ESX) is proud to announce the awarding of its first official Trading Membership Certificate to Wegagen Capital Investment Bank S.C., following the institution’s receipt of an Investment Banking License from the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority (ECMA). 

This milestone marks a major step forward in the operationalization of Ethiopia’s capital market and reflects growing momentum in building a modern, inclusive financial system. Wegagen Capital Investment Bank S.C., now has become one of the first licensed intermediaries on the exchange, positioned to play a critical role in facilitating investor access and supporting market liquidity.
