About the Job

Under the supervision of the Communications & Partnership Senior Manager, the Junior Graphic Designer shall:

• Design visual content for ESX’s social media platforms, website, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
• Develop infographics, brochures, banners, and presentation materials for investor education programs.
• Support branding and promotional material production for listings, events, workshops, and campaigns.
• Design layouts for reports, strategic documents, fact sheets, and data visualizations.
• Develop and maintain branded templates for presentations and publications.
• Ensure consistency with ESX brand guidelines across all visual outputs.
• Collaborate closely with the Communications, Business Development, and other relevant teams.
• Perform other graphic design–related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• A monthly social media content calendar with approved graphic materials.
• Visual assets for at least two major campaigns during the contract period.
• Standardized branded templates for presentations and reports.
• Event and promotional branding materials as required.
• Any additional design outputs agreed upon in the work plan.
• Deliverables will be reviewed and approved by the Reporting Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field (required).
• Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant professional creative experience (agency or corporate experience preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Demonstrated understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing for digital platforms and print production.
• Ability to interpret financial or technical information into clear visual content.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory.
