As Ethiopia’s capital market begins to take shape, the Ethiopian Securities Exchange (ESX), in partnership with FSD Africa and FSD Ethiopia, is inviting qualified consultants to submit proposals for a feasibility study on the introduction of Real Estate Investment Trusts/Funds (REIT/Fs) in Ethiopia.
This initiative aims to:
• Expand accessible real estate investment opportunities,
• Strengthen financial inclusion, and
• Diversify the range of market instruments available to investors.
